How do you charge for jobs & projects?
In Nigeria, hourly charging methods are not practical; therefore, we have adopted a daily or per-project charging system. Our pricing varies depending on the service provided.
Do you have your team or do you hire subcontractors?
We maintain an in-house building team along with trusted partners to deliver our services. However, depending on the specific circumstances and requirements of a project, we occasionally engage subcontractors.
Do you offer free in-person estimates?
We offer one free in-person estimate for every new client, as well as unlimited online estimates.
Who will be coming out to give the estimate?
The head of the department responsible for the service in question will likely be the one coming out to provide the estimate.
How long is an estimate good for?
Estimates or quotations are typically valid for one to two weeks. After that period, we cannot ensure that the prices will stay the same due to potential fluctuations in the cost of materials and other factors. However, if you contact us, we can confirm whether the estimate is still applicable.
Do you offer same-day services?
Our services can be provided on the same day, depending on the request and location. We have staff in many areas from Lekki to Ibeju in Lagos, Nigeria, so we offer same-day service in these regions.
How far do you travel for jobs?
We can reach many areas in Lagos and other states in Nigeria. However, for service requests outside our usual regions, we will require detailed information and an extra call-out fee. This fee helps cover expenses like fuel, time, and resources needed for traveling beyond our local service area.
Who provides the materials for a service?
Information on the required materials and the estimated costs are always provided, however, our clients can get the materials themselves or have us do it for them.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on the work you do?
